sometimes in the afternoon we all need a Sweet treat just to get us over the hill. Here’s some protein balls, not only do they curb that sweet tooth but are also packed with protein so will keep you fuller for longer.
100g of mixed Nuts.
100g of Oats
60g of Peanut butter
1 tbsp of Honey
75g of Dark Chocolate
2 tbsp of desiccated Coconut
1 scoop of protein powder (I use chocolate)
Melt the chocolate, stick the rest in a mixer. Then add the melted chocolate. Once combined, wet your hands a little then roll into balls it should make around 12. Put them in the fridge overnight, then enjoy. Each ball contains around 150 calories so don’t eat too many 😆
