Protein Pancakes

This is one of my favourite breakfasts. I usually have it on a weekend as it seems more of a treat (and I have more time). Super easy to make and so tasty.

You will need:

1 Banana

1 Egg

40g of oats

A dash of almond milk or normal depending on dietary requirements.

1 scoop of protein powder I use vanilla

Just stick all the ingredients in a blender/smoothie maker. If I'm making the girls some as well, I just make a couple 1st and then add the protein powder. Dollop into a hot frying pan that's got a little coconut oil in, wait until you see little bubbles coming up then flip. Cook until golden brown on both sides, then top with whatever takes your fancy I prefer fresh fruit and my protein sugar free syrup. (macros below include fresh fruit topping)
