I have a massive sweet tooth, so when I 1st started my weightloss journey I was always on the look out for healthy recipes for cakes, biscuits sweets anything to get my fix. 😂
So one day after Bella spent all day asking for cake I came up with these little bad boys.
Great with a cup of coffee/tea, great for the kids as low in sugars and also good for weaning, Sacrlett loved them.
- 1-2 Ripe bananas (if they are big ones I just use one)
- 50g Oats
- 1 Tbsp of Peanut butter
- 1 Tsp of Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- Dash of milk (any kind)
Now put everything in a blender/ smoothie maker. Then put it in a muffin tray or Yorkshire pudding tray. This mix should make around 9.
Bake on 200 degrees for about 15 mins you will smell if they are burning.
Enjoy!! let them cool a bit if you are going to give them to the Kids. They do come out a bit flat so don't panic
