N3 & N5

How beautiful was the weather this bank holiday?!

So this weekend I did 2 things off my #30before30 list rolled into 1.

N3 - go to a fitness festival

N5 - go on a girly trip.

My friend Paige and I headed off to London on Friday to go to Be:Fit festival. It was my 1st night away from the girls since Scarlett's been born so there was lots of nerves going on, more for Rich and what state the house would be in when I got back.

We had booked onto a couple of classes but neither of us have ever been to anything like it so didn't know what it expect.

It was brilliant as someone who's quite new to the fitness industry career wise, it was so informative and motivating. Lots of women supporting women, celebrating each others achievements, supporting each other and teaching. We did a booty burn class which was intense and 45! minutes long, boy did we feel it after that. There were so many good venders there, a lot of different types of health products and snacks, we went all out on the free samples. ha. Look out for some product reviews on my gram feed.

In the afternoon we did a Hiit class with Another space, jeez that was hard, it included some shadow boxing which was really interesting, but so much fun.

We then tired yoga, it was my 1st time doing yoga....yeah its not for me, I love a good stretch but I just cant get my head around all the names.

One of my fav things we eat on the day was Acai smoothie bowl, it was delicious, so refreshing.

Once we finished we headed to the Doubletree by Hilton Docklands, which was beautiful I would highly recommend a stay there it was opposite canary wharf which was lovely at night, the staff were great and so was the room.

All in all a fab trip away. Cant wait to go back next year.

Ps. The house was spotless when I got in, the washing, dryer and washing up had all been done... I should go away more often!!!
