    Warning ⚠️ these are so tasty you might want to eat the whole lot in one go 🙈 sometimes in the afternoon we all need a Sweet treat just to get us over the hill.     This is one of my favourite breakfasts. I usually have it on a weekend as it seems more of a treat (and I have more time). Super easy to make and so tasty. You will need: 1 Banana 1 Egg 40g of oats A dash of almond milk or normal depending on dietary requirements. 1 scoop of protein powder I use vanilla Just stick all the ingredients in a blender/smoothie maker.     Carbonara has to be one of my all time fav meals. but it can easily be full of naughtiness, so I went on a quest to make it healthier so I could included it in weekly eating rather than just a one off.     Tuna steaks are my absolute fav almost love them more than actual steak. Im also loving quinoa at the moment, i found it bloats me less than pasta or rice and its a nice change its good on protein too.     So I've seen something similar in many cookbooks and on the gram and always thought that looks nice, I must give it a try and so glad I did.
