My friend Paige and I headed off to London on Friday to go to Be:Fit festival. It was my 1st night away from the girls since Scarlett's been born so there was lots of nerves going on, more for Rich and what state the house would be in when I got back. We had booked onto a couple of classes but neither of

    Intolerance

I’ve been going to the doctors since about 2009 with what they told me are ibs symptoms. But I kept going as I believed my symptoms came from an intolerance. In 2011 they did a test for celiac disease as I particularly bloated when I had starchy carbs. That came back clear. Last May I ended up in hospital with severe abdominal cramps, suspected apendisitus, turned out to a gallstone and they wanted to take it out but I refused as I still hadn’t had a dairy intolerance test th

    30 Before 30

30 before 30 Some may have heard of this some haven’t so to explain, it’s a list of things I would like to do before I’m 30 next March. Some I’ve done, but when I was a kid so don’t really remember them and a lot I’ve never done. As I turned 29 last Monday I thought I’d write a blog through the next year when I achieve one. Some will push me physically, some mentally and a lot are just for fun. This is by no means a bucket list, I mean I’m probs not going to get to Disney
