I led an active lifestyle as a child; I started dancing when I was 3 and did this until my early teens.  I did martial arts until my late teens.  Then like many of us left home and found alcohol and takeaways.  After a few years of piling on the pounds, I looked in the mirror and didn’t like what I saw so decided I needed to do something about it and joined the gym and tried every yo-yo diet going. None worked.  After having my 1st daughter, I decided to really learn about what leading a healthy balanced lifestyle was.  I’ve always been passionate about food and really wanted to learn about how to fuel my body and learn how to train properly. After having my 2nd daughter I decided to turn my passion into a career and did a Level 3 Diploma to become a PT & nutritional advisor specialising in pre & postnatal nutrition and exercise.  I have 2 children so know how hard it is to balance it all.
